Current services include experiential retreats and chiropractic training programs. Other services, such as individual sessions or conferences, may be added later.
External Services
This website does not manage bookings for Amaya Alonso’s private practice. Such appointments must be made through the external platform www.quirosum.es, which has its own legal terms and privacy policy.
Booking Process
Reservations are made through a booking or purchase form. Once the request is received, availability will be confirmed via email and payment instructions will be provided. In some cases, full or partial payment (deposit) may be made directly via the website using secure platforms like Stripe.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Available methods may vary by service.
Service Delivery
For in-person events (retreats or trainings), bookings are accepted until sold out or up to 2 days before the event.
If any balance remains, it must be paid on the first day of the event.
For online services, delivery or initial contact will occur within 48 hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the service description.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that, no refund will be issued. The reservation amount will be clearly stated for each activity.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded, including any deposit.
Specific Conditions
Some bookings may include special conditions such as expiration dates or non-refundable terms, which will be clearly stated before purchase.
The provider reserves the right to decline a booking if it is deemed that conditions are not suitable for service delivery.
Liability
The provider will deliver services with the highest level of professionalism. However, she is not liable for circumstances beyond her control, such as personal emergencies, legal changes, or force majeure events.
